Vegan & Gluten-free Funfetti Protein Bars

These homemade protein bars are made with simple & healthy ingredients while tasting delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup gluten-free oat flour
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup almond butter
  • ½ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup vegan sprinkles optional!

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients together.
  • Press into prepared pan and freeze for at least 30 min. before slicing and enjoying!

Notes

Store in the fridge or freezer as these are very soft at room temperature!
