Vegan & Gluten-free Funfetti Protein Bars
These homemade protein bars are made with simple & healthy ingredients while tasting delicious!
- ½ cup gluten-free oat flour
- ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup vegan vanilla protein powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup almond butter
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ¼ cup vegan sprinkles optional!
- Line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Mix all ingredients together.
- Press into prepared pan and freeze for at least 30 min. before slicing and enjoying!
Store in the fridge or freezer as these are very soft at room temperature!
