½cupmelted non-dairy buttercan sub melted coconut oil
1 ½cupalmond flour
½cupgluten-free oats
1teaspoonvanilla extract
pinchof salt
1 ½teaspoonbaking powder
⅓cupshredded coconutunsweetened
¾cupbrown sugar or coconut sugar
½cupnon-dairy chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together all wet ingredients until smooth.
Mix in the dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread into prepared pan and bake for 20-25 min. Bake closer to 20 min. for them to be super gooey! Let cool and enjoy!
Notes
Be sure to use coconut sugar for these to be considered refined sugar-free!
