Vegan & Gluten-free Apple Cinnamon Granola

This homemade apple cinnamon granola is not only delicious but also vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and refined sugar free!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cup gluten free oats
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • teaspoon cloves
  • teaspoon allspice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder optional!
  • 1 cup diced apples
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ½ cup maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a large bowl, mix together the coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla. Add in the rest of the ingredients until evenly mixed and combined.
  • Spread the mixture onto the baking sheet creating one large even layer. Bake for about 25-30 min. or until it is your desired level of crispiness. Stir occasionally to avoid any sections burning. Let cool and enjoy!
