Gluten-free & Dairy-free Funfetti Banana Bread
This funfetti banana bread is gluten-free, dairy-free, and oh so delicious!

- 3 bananas mashed
- ½ cup coconut oil melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup sprinkles
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mix the mashed banana, coconut oil, extracts, eggs, and sugar until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients. Fold in the sprinkles.
Spread batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 min. or until a toothpick comes out clean. let cool before slicing and enjoying!
