Gluten-free & Dairy-free Funfetti Banana Bread

This funfetti banana bread is gluten-free, dairy-free, and oh so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 3 bananas mashed
  • ½ cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a loaf pan with parchment paper. Mix the mashed banana, coconut oil, extracts, eggs, and sugar until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients. Fold in the sprinkles.
  • Spread batter into the loaf pan and bake for 50-55 min. or until a toothpick comes out clean. let cool before slicing and enjoying!
