2 ⅓cupgluten-free flourI used Bob's Red Mill gluten-free 1:1 baking flour
2tablespoonpowdered sugar
½cupsugar
1teaspoonbaking powder
¼teaspooncream of tartar
1batch of my dair-free frostingor you can use your favorite canned frosting!
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cream together the butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in the egg, extracts, and oil until smooth.
Slowly mix in the dry ingredients until a cookie dough forms. Scoop into 10 large cookies on the prepared baking sheet.
Using the bottom of a cup, lightly flatten each cookie so that they have the signature Crumbl sugar cookie shape. Bake for about 8 min. Let cool before topping with your frosting. Enjoy!
Notes
Crumbl serves these cookies chilled, however, I find them delicious both cold and at room temperature!
