Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil (for the brownie base) until smooth. Let cool slightly before whisking in the eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in the rest of the brownie base ingredients until you have a batter.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 10-12 minutes. Let cool while you make the coconut layer.
In a bowl, mix together the coconut later ingredients. Press this evenly on top of the brownie base. Place in the freezer.
Melt together the chocolate and coconut oil until smooth. Spread this evenly over the coconut layer and top with the chopped almonds. Slice and enjoy!
