Gluten-free & Dairy-free PB Banana Cookie Bars

These peanut butter banana cookie bars are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • ½ cup smooth peanut butter natural
  • cup brown sugar
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup gluten-free flour
  • cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the eggs, peanut butter, mashed banana, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread into the prepared pan and bake for about 20-25 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
