Gluten-free & Dairy-free Slutty Brownies

These slutty brownies are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

For the cookie layer:
  • cup smooth almond butter natural
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • cup non-dairy chocolate chips
For the brownie layer:
  • 2 flax eggs 2 tablespoon ground flaxseed mixed with 6 tablespoon water
  • cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon cacao
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • cup non-dairy chocolate chips
  • 8 gluten-free oreos for in between the layers

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cookie layer ingredients until you have a cookie dough. Press this into the prepared pan.
  3. Press the Oreos into an even layer on top of the cookie dough.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the brownie layer ingredients until you have a batter. Spread this evenly on top of the Oreos.
  5. Bakr for about 25 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
