- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
- Mix in the protein powder. Add optional milk to this if the mixture is too crumbly. Press the dough into the prepared pan. Top with chocolate chips.
- Let the bars firm up in the fridge for a bit before slicing and enjoying!
