Paleo Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

This chocolate chip banana bread is paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 mashed bananas
  • cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 2 cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup arrowroot flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the wet ingredients until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a batter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  3. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
