- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the egg, sugar, vanilla extract, and coconut oil until smooth. Mix in the baking soda and almond flour until you have a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 13-15 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
