Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the almond butter, coconut oil, egg, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredient until you have a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Note that the dough will be oily! This is okay! Scoop the dough into balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Bake for 8-9 minutes. Let cool and enjoy!
