Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a donut pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix the wet ingredients until well combined and then slowly incorporate the dry ingredients.
Once everything is mixed, fill the donut pan until each donut is about ¾ of the way full and bake for about 17-20 min or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let the donuts cool while you mix the cinnamon glaze ingredients. Add more/less powdered sugar and milk until you get a consistency of your liking.
Once the donuts have cooled, top them with the glaze and whatever additional toppings you like (I added a sprinkle of cinnamon and some coconut on some)! Enjoy!
