Paleo & Vegan Chocolate Banana Bread Bites

These chocolate banana bread bites are paleo, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 mashed banana
  • 3 tablespoon smooth almond butter natural
  • ¼ cup almond flour
  • 4 tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
For the chocolate coating:
  • cup non-dairy chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the banana and almond butter until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a dough. Roll into balls and place on prepared baking sheet. Place in freezer to set for about 20 minutes.
  3. Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Dip each bite into the chocolate until fully coated. Let harden and enjoy!
