Method
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the shortbread ingredients until you have a dough. Add milk as needed until you achieve a soft dough.
- Press this into the prepared pan and set aside. In a food processor, blend together the caramel ingredients until you have a smooth caramel.
- Spread this evenly over the shortbread layer and place in the freezer. Melt together the coconut cream and chocolate chips until smooth. Spread the chocolate over caramel layer until smooth.
- Let set in the fridge for about 20 minutes before slicing and enjoying!
