Method
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside. Mix together the oat layer ingredients and press half into the prepared pan. Set in the freezer to set while you make the chocolate fudge layer.
- Melt together the chocolate fudge ingredients until smooth and spread over the oat layer. Press the remaining half of oat mixture on top of the fudge layer and return to freezer to set for at least an hour. Slice and enjoy!
