Method
- Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix together the peanut butter and maple syrup until smooth. Mix in the protein powder until you have a dough.
- Press the dough evenly into the pan. Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth.
- Spread the chocolate evenly on top of the protein dough layer. Set in the freezer to set.
- Slice into bars and enjoy!
