Vegan & Gluten-free S'mores Brownies

These s'mores brownies are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, easy to make, and oh so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon molasses
  • 3 tablespoon non-dairy milk
  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cacao
  • cup arrowroot flour
  • ½ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup brown sugar can sub coconut sugar
  • 1 ¼ cup non-dairy chocolate chips
  • 1 ¾ cup marshmallows use vegan marshmallows if vegan!

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except for the chocolate chips and marshmallows, until you have a dough.
  3. Press ⅔ of the dough into the prepared pan. Evenly sprinkle the chocolate chips over top. Follow with the marshmallows. Crumble the remaining brownie dough over top.
  4. Bake for about 16 minutes. Broil for a minute or two if you want toasty marshmallows! Let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
