Lemon Poppy Seed Bites
These lemon poppy seed bites are the perfect tangy Spring bites! They're paleo, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so so tasty!

Ingredients

almond flour

lemon juice

honey
sub maple syrup for vegan

teaspoon
lemon zest
½
tablespoon
poppy seeds

tablespoon
water

cup
coconut flour
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined and you have a dough.
Roll the dough into bite-sized balls and place on baking sheet. Place in fridge to firm up for about an hour. Enjoy!
Notes
*sub some of the lemon juice with water or honey/maple syrup if it is too sour for you! I recommend tasting as you go!
