These lemon poppy seed bites are little bites of Springtime goodness! They have a tangy lemon punch with subtle sweetness from honey or maple syrup. I love having these straight out of the fridge as an afternoon snack or sweet treat. They're vegan, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so tasty!

- 7 tablespoon lemon juice *see notes
- 2 tablespoon honey sub maple syrup for vegan
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- ½ tablespoon poppy seeds
- 5 tablespoon water
- ¼ cup coconut flour

Notes
*sub some of the lemon juice with water or honey/maple syrup if it is too sour for you! I recommend tasting as you go!

Hi! Can I sub coconut flour with anything else? Or can I omit it? I see it on your
Recipe card but don’t see it listed above with your ingredients. Thanks!
