1tablespoonsunflower seed buttercan use any nut butter of choice!
½cupalmond flour
3tablespooncoconut flour
½teaspoonsalt
Instructions
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper. In a food processor, blend the dates and sunflower seed butter until smooth.
Add in the almond flour, salt, and coconut flour. Blend until you have a sticky dough. Press into the prepared loaf pan and place in the freezer to set for at least 5 hours.
Remove from the freezer and slice into squares the size of your choice! Enjoy!
Notes
*soak your dates in hot water for at least 1 hour to ensure they are soft enough to blend
