Ingredients

  • cup almond flour
  • 3 tablespoon cacao powder unsweetened
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour
  • 4 ½ tablespoon coconut flour
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt

Fo the glaze (not paleo):

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • water to thin

For a paleo glaze:

  • ½ cup coconut butter melted
  • 2-3 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together all of the donut hole ingredients until you have a dough. Let the dough sit for about 10 min. so that the coconut flour can absorb moisture.
  • Roll the dough into donut holes and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 6-7 min. Let cool.
  • Mix together your glaze of choice and coat each donut hole. Let harden and enjoy!
