These paleo chocolate donut holes are the perfect little treats! These are a chocolate variation of my paleo donut holes and they're so tasty. They're paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, and can be made refined sugar-free! I mean, who doesn't love a donut hole?!

Ingredients
Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- cacao
- almond flour
- tapioca flour
- egg
- honey
- coconut oil
- baking soda
- baking powder
- coconut flour

Paleo Chocolate Donut Holes
These chocolate donut holes are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup almond flour
- 3 tablespoon cacao powder unsweetened
- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- 4 ½ tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Fo the glaze (not paleo):
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- water to thin
For a paleo glaze:
- ½ cup coconut butter melted
- 2-3 tablespoon maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together all of the donut hole ingredients until you have a dough. Let the dough sit for about 10 min. so that the coconut flour can absorb moisture.
- Roll the dough into donut holes and place onto the prepared baking sheet. Bake for about 6-7 min. Let cool.
- Mix together your glaze of choice and coat each donut hole. Let harden and enjoy!
