- ¼ cup tapioca flour
- 4 ½ tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoon honey
- ¼ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together all of the donut hole ingredients until you have a dough. Let the dough sit for about 10 min. so that the coconut flour can absorb moisture.

- Mix together your glaze of choice and coat each donut hole. Let harden and enjoy!

I am very impressed by how you have been able to display so many ideas. I am vegan. So many persons think that being plant based that a person is limited in what they can eat. Of course, that is not true. Must keep an open mind and be flexible. The ideas will come!!! Thanks for your contribution to eating plant based.

My husband is allergic to almonds; what would you recommend for an almond flour substitute? He would love these!
