Paleo & Gluten-free Tahini Blondies

These tahini blondies are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup almond flour
  • ¾ cup tahini
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ cup coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • splash of vanilla
  • pinch of salt
  • ¾ cup nondairy chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Mix together all ingredients until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Spread evenly into the pan and bake for about 15 min. Let cool and enjoy!
