Paleo & Gluten-free Tahini Blondies
These tahini blondies are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!

- 1 ½ cup almond flour
- ¾ cup tahini
- 2 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 2 eggs
- splash of vanilla
- pinch of salt
- ¾ cup nondairy chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 baking pan with parchment paper. Mix together all ingredients until smooth. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread evenly into the pan and bake for about 15 min. Let cool and enjoy!
