Gluten-free & Dairy-free Chocolate Chip Cookies

These chocolate chip cookies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • cup non-dairy butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • 12 cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the melted butter, egg, sugar, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a dough. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Scoop into cookies about 1 ½ tsbp in size and place on prepared baking sheet. Lightly flatten the cookies and bake for just about 10 minutes. Let them cool for another 10 minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool fully. Enjoy!
