Method
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, process the Oreos until finely ground.
- Add in the cream cheese and continue to blend until you have a dough.
- Begin rolling the dough into balls about 1 tablespoon in size and place on the prepared baking sheet. Place in the freezer for about 2 hours.
- Once the truffles are frozen, begin melting together the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Dip each truffle into the chocolate and top with optional crushed candy canes. Place on the baking sheet to set. Enjoy!
