These chocolate peppermint truffles are probably one of my favorite holiday treats! They are so fudgy and delicious. Ever since Oreo came out with a gluten-free version of the mint Oreos, I have been so excited to make these. These are so easy to make, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan, and so tasty!
