Gluten-free & Dairy-free Chocolate Strawberry Baked Oats

These chocolate strawberry baked oats are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cup gluten-free oats
  • cup cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup non-dairy milk I used almond milk!
  • cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ cup diced strawberries
  • ¼ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the wet ingredients until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a batter.
  3. Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
  4. Bake for about 30-35 minutes and let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
