These chocolate strawberry baked oats have quickly become one of my favorite healthy breakfasts and snacks! They have the perfect flavor and texture. These chocolate strawberry baked oats are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

This was inspired by my chocolate baked oats recipe. I love to make a batch of my cinnamon roll protein bars with these!

- gluten-free oats
- non-dairy milk
- maple syrup
- cacao powder
- strawberries
- coconut oil
- eggs
- baking powder
- non-dairy chocolate chips

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Chocolate Strawberry Baked Oats
These chocolate strawberry baked oats are gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the wet ingredients until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a batter.
- Fold in the strawberries and chocolate chips. Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes and let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
