Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, melt together the 1 cup of chocolate chips, butter, and cacao powder until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in the chocolate mixture. Mix in the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt until you have a thick batter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. The less you cook them, the fudgier they will be! Enjoy!
