- non-dairy chocolate chips
- non-dairy butter

Gluten-free & Dairy-free Fudgy Brownies
These brownies are so fudgy, gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sugar can use a sugar substitute
- ¼ cup cacao powder unsweetened
- 1 cup gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 cup non-dairy chocolate chips
- 6 tablespoon non-dairy butter
- ¼ cup non-dairy chocolate chips for mixing in
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, melt together the 1 cup of chocolate chips, butter, and cacao powder until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, sugar, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until smooth. Mix in the chocolate mixture. Mix in the gluten-free flour, baking powder, and salt until you have a thick batter. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. The less you cook them, the fudgier they will be! Enjoy!
