Gluten-free & Dairy-free Fudgy Flourless Brownies

These fudgy flourless brownies are gluten-free, dairy-free, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15 oz. can of chickpeas rinsed and drained
  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • splash of vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup cacao powder unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • cup chocolate chips non-dairy
  • pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor or blender, add all of your ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, and blend until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 23-24 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
