Gluten-free & Dairy-free Funfetti Banana Bread

This funfetti banana bread is gluten-free, dairy-free, easy to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ cup mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon almond extract
  • 2 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 6 tablespoon non-dairy melted butter
  • ½ cup funfetti sprinkles

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together all of the wet ingredients until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients until you have a batter. Fold in the sprinkles.
  3. Spread into the prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
