Gluten-free & Dairy-free Gingerbread Banana Bread

This gingerbread banana bread is gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 mashed bananas ripe
  • 1 egg
  • cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup molasses
  • cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cup gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • ¼ teaspoon cloves
  • optional non-dairy frosting of choice

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together all of your wet ingredients. Mix in your dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
  3. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes. Let cool before adding optional frosting and slicing. Enjoy!
