Here are the ingredients you'll need:
- bananas
- egg
- coconut oil
- maple syrup
- molasses
- brown sugar
- gluten-free flour
- baking soda & baking powder
- ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
- optional non-dairy frosting

This gingerbread banana bread is gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together all of your wet ingredients. Mix in your dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes. Let cool before adding optional frosting and slicing. Enjoy!
