    This gingerbread banana bread is for all of my gingerbread lovers! The pairing of soft banana bread and the gingerbread flavor is just too good. This gingerbread banana bread loaf is gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so delicious!

    Ingredients

    Here are the ingredients you'll need:

    • bananas
    • egg
    • coconut oil
    • maple syrup
    • molasses
    • brown sugar
    • gluten-free flour
    • baking soda & baking powder
    • ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves
    • optional non-dairy frosting

    Don't overbake, this loaf will dry out!

    Ingredients Method

    Ingredients
      

    • 2 mashed bananas ripe
    • 1 egg
    • ⅓ cup coconut oil melted
    • ¼ cup maple syrup
    • ¼ cup molasses
    • ⅓ cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 ½ cup gluten-free flour
    • 1 teaspoon baking soda
    • ½ teaspoon baking powder
    • 2 teaspoon ginger
    • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
    • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
    • ¼ teaspoon cloves
    • optional non-dairy frosting of choice

    Method
     

    1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
    2. In a bowl, whisk together all of your wet ingredients. Mix in your dry ingredients until you have a smooth batter.
    3. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for about 45-50 minutes. Let cool before adding optional frosting and slicing. Enjoy!
