Gluten-free & Dairy-free Oreo Truffles

These chocolate Oreo truffles are gluten-free, dairy-free, simple to make, and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 packages of gluten-free Oreos
  • 6 oz dairy-free cream cheese
For the chocolate coating:
  • 1 ½ cup non-dairy chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a food processor, blend together all of the oreos (might have to do it in batches depending on how large your food processor is!) until finely ground.
  3. Add the ground oreos into a stand mixer along with your cream cheese. Begin mixing until you have a dough.
  4. Begin rolling the dough into balls and placing on the prepared baking sheets. Place in the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Begin dipping each truffle in the melted chocolate. Add optional sprinkles and enjoy!
