- Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend together all of the oreos (might have to do it in batches depending on how large your food processor is!) until finely ground.
- Add the ground oreos into a stand mixer along with your cream cheese. Begin mixing until you have a dough.
- Begin rolling the dough into balls and placing on the prepared baking sheets. Place in the freezer to set for at least 30 minutes.
- Melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Begin dipping each truffle in the melted chocolate. Add optional sprinkles and enjoy!
