Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, except for the jam, until you have a cookie dough.
- Spread half of the dough into the prepared pan, add dollops of the jam on top, and swirl it into the dough using a knife. Add the remaining cookie dough on top and repeat with the rest of the jam.
- Bake for about 23-25 minutes and let cool completely before slicing and enjoying! These are very gooey, but in the best way!
