Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, mix together the bananas, eggs, avocado oil, vanilla extract, sugar, and sourdough discard until smooth.
Mix in the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt until well combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake in the oven for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and cover with tin foil before returning to the oven for another 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
