Paleo Banana Brownies

These banana brownies are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • cup maple syrup
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¾ cup almond flour
  • ¼ cup cacao powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ¼ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the ripe banana, eggs, coconut oil, and maple syrup until smooth. Mix in the dry ingredients.
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and bake for 18-22 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
