Paleo Bread

This grain-free bread is the perfect replacement for the real thing! Easy, delicious, and healthy. Just need a blender and you're ready to make this yummy and satisfying bread!

Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients:
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • ¾ cup arrowroot flour
  • ½ cup flax meal
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking powder paleo
  • 2 tablespoon chia seeds optional
Wet Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 4 whole eggs
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 tablespoon almond milk or any nut milk of choice
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F a line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender (or food processor), combine all of the dry and wet ingredients until thoroughly mixed.
  3. Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
