Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the bananas, coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth. Mix in the almond flour, baking soda, baking powder, and tapioca flour until smooth.
Divide the batter in half. In half of the batter, add the cacao powder until smooth.
Begin putting scoops of each of the batters randomly into the prepared pan until all of the batter is in the pan. Use a knife to swirl the batters together a bit. Bake for about 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
