- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined. Let the dough sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow for the coconut flour to absorb the moisture.
- Begin rolling the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and place about an inch apart on the pan. Bake for 6-7 minutes and let cool.
- Melt some butter or coconut oil. In a separate bowl, mix together the cinnamon and coconut sugar. Dip each donut hole into the melted butter/oil and then into the cinnamon sugar mixture, so that they are fully coated. Enjoy!
