Paleo Coconut Banana Bars

These coconut banana bars are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • cup almond butter smooth, natural
  • 1 egg
  • cup maple syrup
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • ½ cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup non-dairy chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325℉ and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine the mashed banana, maple syrup, almond butter, and egg until smooth.
  3. Mix in the coconut flour, baking soda, and shredded coconut. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  4. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 23-25 minutes. Let cool before slicing and enjoying!
