Paleo Glazed Donut Holes

These glazed donut holes are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and so so tasty!

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 4 ½ tablespoon coconut flour
  • ¼ cup tapioca flour can sub arrowroot flour or cornstarch (not paleo!)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
For the paleo glaze:
  • ¼ cup coconut butter melted
  • 3 tablespoon maple syrup
For the regular glaze (not paleo):
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • water to thin

Method
 

  1. Mix together all ingredients until you have a dough. Let the dough sit for 10 minutes to allow the coconut flour to absorb moisture.
  2. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Roll your dough into bite-size balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for about 6-7 min. and let cool.
  4. Mix together your glaze of choice and dip each donut hole until completely covered. Let harden and enjoy!
