Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, maple syrup, lemon juice, milk, and coconut oil until smooth.
Mix in the almond flour, baking soda, and coconut flour until well combined. Fold in the lemon zest.
Begin spooning the batter into the prepared donut mold about ¾ of the way full. This makes about 10-12 donuts depending on the type of donut mold you have!
Bake for about 23-27 minutes or until lightly golden brown on the edges. Let cool completely.
Mix together the drizzle you'd like and drizzle over the cooled donuts. Enjoy!
