These lemon drizzle donuts are a lemon lover's dream! These are a donut form of my delicious paleo lemon loaf, and dare I say I like them even better?! They have the perfect soft, moist texture and the perfect lemon flavor. They're made with simple, healthy ingredients that you will love. They're paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, simple to make, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients

- lemon juice & zest
- eggs
- almond flour
- coconut flour
- maple syrup
- coconut oil
- non-dairy milk
- coconut butter for the optional drizzle
- baking soda

Paleo Lemon Drizzle Donuts
These lemon drizzle donuts are paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, refined sugar-free, and absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup lemon juice
- ¼ cup coconut oil melted
- ¼ cup non-dairy milk I used almond milk!
- 1 ½ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup +2 tablespoon coconut flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- zest of 1 lemon
For the Paleo Drizzle:
- ¼ cup coconut butter melted
- 2 teaspoon maple syrup
For Non-paleo Drizzle:
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1-2 teaspoon water to thin
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a donut pan with coconut oil.
- In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, maple syrup, lemon juice, milk, and coconut oil until smooth.
- Mix in the almond flour, baking soda, and coconut flour until well combined. Fold in the lemon zest.
- Begin spooning the batter into the prepared donut mold about ¾ of the way full. This makes about 10-12 donuts depending on the type of donut mold you have!
- Bake for about 23-27 minutes or until lightly golden brown on the edges. Let cool completely.
- Mix together the drizzle you'd like and drizzle over the cooled donuts. Enjoy!
