Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients except for the raspberry jam and powdered sugar.
- Once you have a cohesive dough, begin rolling into small balls and placing onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Press a "thumbprint" indent into the middle of each ball of dough and fill with raspberry jam. Bake for about 8-9 minutes.
- Let cool before adding optional icing drizzle and enjoy!
