Preheat oven to 350℉ and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine all pastry dough ingredients until you have a dough.
In a small saucepan over medium-low heat, cook the apple filling until the apples are soft.
Divide the dough into half and flatten one half onto the prepared parchment paper to create a flat rectangle. Add your filling to this rectangle.
Flatten the other half of dough to replicate the same rectangle shape. Place this on top of the filling to completely cover it. Pinch the edges of the dough together using a fork.
Bake for about 17-19 minutes and let cool while you mix together your optional icing drizzle. Drizzle over the pop tart and enjoy!
