- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a food processor, blend your dates, hot water, and nut butter until smooth. Mix in the cacao powder. The dough will be sticky!
- Begin rolling this dough into balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. Place in freezer for about 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, melt together the chocolate chips and coconut oil until smooth. Dip the frozen date balls into the chocolate until completely coated and let harden before enjoying!
