Preheat oven to 350°F and line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In a bowl, mix together the crust ingredients until you have a dough.
Press ⅔ of the dough into the prepared pan, saving ⅓ for topping, and bake for 10 min.
In a medium saucepan, add your strawberries and cook over medium-low heat until you can begin to mash them.
Add the rest of the filling ingredients and continue cooking until you have a thick jam filling.
Spread the filling over the baked crust, add the rest of the crust crumbled over top, and return to oven to bake for another 20-22 min. Let cool completely before slicing and enjoying!
